Food & Water Resiliency

Project Overview

Creation of sustainable natural and organic food and clean water systems including localized and regional production, distribution and trade, and preparation functions, are an important cultural priority of the Upadarian philosophy. This involves farmsteads, community garden projects, ranches, fish farming, land based aquaponics projects, home based micro greens, and foragers who produce food, along with the individuals and families who consume it. We seek to establish systems to ensure the smooth functioning of these many interconnected components.
